Why a Design Plan Matters
Every beautiful outdoor space begins with a solid plan. Our design team carefully measures your property, evaluates grading and drainage (especially important with the rolling hills and slopes of Mid-Missouri), and crafts a design that balances aesthetics, function, and budget.

Our Design Process
- Discovery & Site Walk – Understand goals, style, and functional needs.
- Survey & Analysis – Document grades, utilities, soils, microclimate, and constraints.
- Concept Development – Multiple plan concepts with material palettes and precedent imagery.
- 3D Visualization – Photoreal views and optional video to evaluate scale, light, and finishes.
- Technical Design – Layouts, details, lighting/irrigation, and structural coordination.
- Budgeting & Phasing – Transparent cost alignment and options for phased delivery.
- Permit & Bid Ready Docs – Final plans and specs to move confidently into construction.
What You Receive
- PDF plan sets and 3D visuals for review and approvals
- Material finish boards and samples upon request
- A coordinated scope, schedule, and budget tailored to your priorities
Pricing
- 2D – $150/hr
- 3D – $250/hr
A four-hour minimum applies, which includes up to two revisions at no additional cost. Any additional revisions beyond that will be billed at $50 per edit.
